Volunteers are an integral part of the museum’s team. Working both directly with our stakeholders and behind the scenes, our passionate and skilled volunteers help contribute to the story of firefighting history in Australia.
Volunteers assist with a number of functions at the museum, from the repair and maintenance of our significant heritage fleet, assisting with digitising our important archives and documents, to general operations and maintenance of the museum grounds.
If you are interested in using your skills to feed your mind, expand your personal horizons and connect with your community, please consider volunteering at the Museum of Fire by downloading and completing an application form. Completed application forms or enquiries can be directed to mail@museumoffire.com.au.
